DOMESTIC SHIPPING DETAILS

Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, our expert team will select the finest diamonds and begin the meticulous process of crafting your custom jewelry. Please allow up to 15 business days for production, customization, and quality checks. Your jewelry will be ready for dispatch within this timeframe.

Shipping Methods
We partner with specialized courier services, including Sequel Global Logistics, to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your jewelry. Upon dispatch, you will receive a proof of dispatch with a unique tracking number. Delivery is typically completed within 4 business days from the date of dispatch. You can track your shipment at Sequel Global Logistics using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Requirements
For security reasons, the recipient must be either you or a direct family member. The delivery person will require an OTP and a valid ID proof to hand over the jewelry. This measure is to safeguard against theft or fraud.

Insurance
We take full responsibility for your jewelry during transit. All shipments are insured until they are securely handed over to you.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellations made after the order is placed will incur a 5% fee to cover processing and administrative costs. Once your order has entered the production stage, it cannot be canceled or modified.

International deliveries typically take between 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Arth Diamonds has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. For international orders, you can track your delivery status through the courier's website.

Delivery Requirements
