Refund policy

A)Yearly Maintenance

Arth Diamonds is focused towards keeping its customers at ease by offering them yearly Maintenance for their jewellery. To keep your jewellery young and cheerful Arth Diamonds provides complimentary cleaning and inspection once a year throughout the lifetime of the product. Our Yearly Maintenance facility will be no longer valid if any third-party jeweller has done any work on the jewellery. The jewellery will have to be purchased from our store /studio for annual maintenance to be valid.

B)Return & Exchange & Buyback Policy

Return of Product 
All Arth Diamonds jewellery is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans using a blend of intricate and refined techniques. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website, ensuring that your jewellery is one-of-a-kind. In the event you are not satisfied with the product, the product can be returned or exchanged (within 7 days of purchase) for a refund of an amount equal to the current prevailing market rate. 

  • The refund payment will be done via direct online bank transfers. In case of online purchases via debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be through reversal of the transaction and will be done within 21 days of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our delivery partner. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which a refund may not be possible.
  • Returning the certificate provided to you with your purchase is mandatory. In the event you have lost the certificate the cost of rectifying the product shall be borne by you and deducted from the return amount.
  • Arth Diamonds shall not accept any jewellery which shows any type of alteration done by any third-party jeweller, further, all benefits provided by us as part of the sale of the product to you will be nullified.
  • For the return of products, the Customers should contact our customer support at info@arthdiamonds.com (within 7 days from the receipt of the product).
    Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us for the same.
  • On products that are engraved/customised on return in seven days policy full deduction of making charges will apply.
  • Delivery charges will be deducted from the cost of the refund.

Lifetime Upgrade Policy
At Arth Diamonds, we believe your collection of diamonds should evolve with the times, reflecting your journey and aspirations. Embrace the elegance of change and elevate your lifestyle with our exquisite selections. We will thus provide eligible customers with the option to upgrade their jewellery anytime in the future.

  • When presented with a valid upgrade request, Arth Diamonds will provide you with credit towards your next purchase of Arth Diamonds. 
  • The maximum credit we will provide shall be based on the prevailing market value as follows:
    Gold - 100% of the prevailing market value.
    Diamonds - 80% of the prevailing market value. 
  • The maximum value of credit offered will be up to INR 3,00,000/-
  • Making charges for your exchanged product will not be considered towards the credit provided by us.
  • In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, a proportional amount would be deducted to reflect the fair value of the product, including but not limited to recertification.
  • Determination of the fair value of the product will be at our sole and exclusive discretion.

Sell Your Jewellery Back to Us

  • Receive 100% of the metal weight value based on the current market rate.
  • Arth Diamonds offers 80% of the diamond value at prevailing market prices.
  • Please note that any discounts applied during your original purchase will be deducted from the exchange amount.
  • 100% of making charges will also be deducted from the buyback amount.
  • The maximum buyback value is capped at INR 3,00,000.
  • Your satisfaction is our priority, and our buyback policy ensures you receive a fair value for your jewellery.

Cancellation
You may cancel your purchase with us if we receive your cancellation request within 24-48 hours of the transaction. Please note, however, that if the manufacturing process of the product has commenced, the item will not be eligible for cancellation.
